Leagues:
Tod Park A and B - Todmorden League Veterans, age 55+
The Veterans are probably the oldest in Todmorden Bowling. Playing in six person teams, usually with a squad of nine or more, teams from local clubs play on Monday afternoons in two divisions of the Todmorden League. Away journeys are short, visiting clubs in Littleborough, Milnrow and Wardle. Car sharing encourages comradeship.
Hollins - Hebden Royd Evening League
Hollins are a historical bowls club from the Hollins pub in Walsden. They played teams in many different leagues, and bought this Monday evening fixture with them when they moved to the Todmorden Bowling Greens in 2017, continuing to play clubs as far afield as Keighley, Denholme and Sowerby Bridge. This is a six person team, now open to all members of the Todmorden Bowls Club. Committed bowlers welcome.
Todmorden - Burnley and District Tuesday League
All members of the club are eligible to play for this eight person team, playing clubs from across the Burnley District. Committed and competent players are invited to join.
Todmorden and District Evening League
This handicap league is pivotally important to the continuation of bowling for clubs in the Todmorden, Milnrow and Littleborough area. Todmorden Bowls Club current contribution is four six person teams, mainly based upon the historical pub teams that joined together to form the Todmorden Bowls Association in 2017
For more league information including competitions, stats and bowler averages please see the Bowlsnet website.
